I needed something to hold the Camco Water Tank Filler With Valve 40003 in place while gravity filling the water tank. It was always slipping out under the weight of the hose and water filrer. This is a modification of the RV Fresh water filler lid by rmoir July 06, 2016. I enlarged the version slightly as it was too tight on my RV. I added a tube and slot to hold the water filler in place while filling. There is sufficient gap to allow for overflowing water without putting pressure on the water tank. This will hold the filler in place even with a water filter attached. I was also able to print without supports.
