Handle ornamentation for Professor Ozpin's cane from Rooster Theeth's RWBY. Designed to fit over a 7/8" dowel. Instructions To be built around a 7/8" dowel. Rings go at the top and bottom of the gear box. Lever inserts into the slot. The top ornament is designed to hold a 1 1/2" wooden doll head. Cut a length of PVC to fit over the dowel to serve as the grip.
