Replacement parts for the Ryobi BS902 Band Saw are no-longer available. Unfortunately, as you can see in the third photo, the casting for the blade guides are not very durable. They feel like some sort of pot-metal, maybe the BS in the part number stands for something other than Band Saw... I glued the parts back together, but didn't trust them to stand up to vibration, so instead I 3d printed a replacement. This is only a hobby-duty saw, so I think the plastic is probably good enough for a replacement. If I used this daily for work I would probably send it off to be printed in metal. I have a few extra if anyone wants to buy on pre-made. Post-Printing Thread screw holes Use an M4 tap to thread the screw holes. How I Designed This Google Sketchup 2017 Pro
