If you have a Ryobi EBW4023L desktop band-saw and the tyres have perished.. you can try using this tool to put polyurethane compound around the wheel to use as a tyre. I didn't have much luck using a tyre tube, cut to fit, but I had the idea of using polyurethane around the wheel as a tyre. This tool should allow you to apply polyurethane around the wheel so that it has a uniform thickness. Once the polyurethane compound has thoroughly dried then is should be quite robust.
