The guard height-adjust knob broke on my EBW4023L bandsaw, so I quickly made another one. It's not as pretty as the original but it works and it's functional, which is the main thing. Feel free to shape it as you wish, remodel, remake, hack or microwave it (not recommended). :) The nut is a press-fit (depending on how accurate your printer is) and I simply took it off the bandsaw and placed it on the part and gently persuaded it in the first bit with a little hammer and the rest of the way with a vice. Fits tight, feels right and you're in! :)
