This is a re-designed Ryobi battery holder, specifically designed to use the "300001044 RYOBI/RIDGID - Contact Plate Holder Assembly." (photo 1) I'm using these for a motor controller and need a 10-12 gauge wire for any quick power / amperage draw. The leaf spring connectors for the old version had a tiny solder point and I just couldn't get any type of good connection. These work nicely with Female Spade Wire Crimp / Nylon quick disconnect connectors. Because of the height of the connector assembly, and a desire not to have to glue things, this is designed to use a zip tie (4.5-5mm wide) to hold the connector to the adaptor. There is a curved channel for the zip ties and they basically sit on top of the battery with a nice firm fit. Once printed, remove the brim, pop in the connector and zip tie on. Add wires and done! **Parts list below:** Below are the parts and materials I used as a reference.
