Ryobi Circular Saw Rip-Fence and Screw

Ryobi Circular Saw Rip-Fence and Screw

I haven't been able to find a rip-fence for my Ryobi circular saw, so rather than test my luck with a "universal" fence, I've designed one specifically for the Ryobi cordless saws. I've also designed an M5 thumb screw to hold the fence in place. This fence works with both of my saws (7 1/4" P508 & 5 1/2" P505), but there are a couple of caveats to keep in mind:

The slots for the fence on the saws are fairly shallow and narrow. Therefore the fence is equally thin/narrow and thus will not be nearly as rigid as a metal one would be. For this reason I recommend printing with PLA and at least 25% infill.

I've only included 1/4" measurements on the fence because anything less got messy and lost accuracy when printing it with a 0.4mm nozzle.
**Printing Size** There are two sizes you can chose from: The short version will fit on an Ender 3 or similar 220mm bed, and the large version will fit on 300mm print beds like the CR-10. Both of them should be placed at a 45 degree angle on the bed, and you may have to remove any skirts and brims in order to make it fit. That's it, enjoy!
