I was replacing the carbon brushes on my angle grinder and I managed to destroy the little plastic screw which pushes down on the back of the brush tab, ensuring that constant contact is made. This fitted both my grinder and my circular saw. You also might be able to scale this part to fit the diameter of the thread of your particular machine. Tested on Ryobi HCS 1250 Circular Saw CG-910K Angle Grinder Hope this can help someone out there.
