This is my drop-in design for using a Ryobi One+ battery to feed a dc-dc converter (18v -> 12v) that feeds a 110v inverter and 2 USB ports. Most designs make the user disassemble the inverter but this one uses it in its stock enclosure and the whole unit just drops in. The design comes as 3 main parts, the battery port at the bottom, the housing, and the lid. The three parts can be attached with literally any small screw you find lying around (I used 3mm diameter and 6.5mm long ones), 6 for each mating surface, or just glue it if you have no plan on disassembly in the future. The lid uses a 40mm fan so the dc-dc converter doesn't catch on fire and the housing uses a 20mm circular toggle switch which also happens to be the cheapest on Amazon currently.
