Ryobi One+ USB Power Bank

UPDATED April 2020 - finally got the new boards in from China and had time to rebuild the USB cap. I've kept the old pics and files in case anyone still has the old boards, but the new pics are the ones that appear first in the images. This is a remix based on https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1234683 It's pretty cool- a decent power bank for the 18v One+ battery line. I tested it to 2.1a from each pair of ports, so you can easily charge two ipads at full speed or four iphones at the same time. This is nice to have for power outages, but I found that I end up using it quite a bit around the house when I have a dead/dying device and don't feel like being tethered to the wall or looking for a half-charged power bank. I always have a pile of Ryobi batteries ready. It only needs two extra pieces, both of which can be had for a couple dollars: -a USB power board, I used two of these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32995901595.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.39e44c4dppkQJx -Keystone 209 battery tabs: https://www.ebay.com/itm/20-PACK-LEAF-SPRING-BATTERY-CONNECTOR-AA-AAA-18650-LI-ION-POWERWALL-KEYSTONE-209/202639405624?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649 Requires very little soldering and bit of hot glue, epoxy, or the glue of your choice. The pictures show the assembly instructions. NOTE: There are two versions of the part housing the USB board. The first version, now labeled "2019 version", fits the quad-port board pictured. I don't think they make it anymore, or if they do, I can't find it. So, I redesigned around a new board that I found on aliexpress; it takes TWO of these boards to get four ports. This is called the "2020 version". This thing was made with Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/1JaSh6HmEuK
