Ce réducteur (ou agrandisseur suivant la compréhension) permet de **limiter les mauvaises odeurs** liées à un siphon non rempli. Je l'ai conçu pour le placer à la sortie du tuyau de mon lave linge en 25mm qui part ensuite sur l'évacuation PVC en 40mm. La force suffit pour enfoncer mais vous pouvez coller la pièce si vous le souhaitez (sur l'extrémité du tuyau d'évacuation). De mon côté j'ai ajouté de la colle à bois là où le tube de machine vient se brancher, étalée avec le doigt, pour éviter toute fuite, même si la gravité suffit pour que ça n'arrive pas. I designed it to be placed at the outlet of the hose of my 25mm washing machine which then goes on the PVC drain in 40mm. The force is sufficient to push in, but you can glue the part if you wish (on the end of the exhaust pipe). On my side I added wood glue where the machine tube is connected, spread with my finger, to avoid any leakage, even if gravity is sufficient to prevent it from happening. It's up to you:)
