I created an alternative island puzzle for a colleague by adapting the Make Anything tutorial to use only free applications. The original Corsica puzzle was printed from Thingiverse, but I sought out a new design. To start, I followed the steps outlined in the Make Anything tutorial on 3D puzzles, making adjustments as needed to accommodate my requirements. One crucial step involved using the 3D Printer Tolerance Test from MyMiniFactory to determine the optimal thickness for printing. I utilized Terrain2STL to generate a new shape and incorporated the compass design provided by iago_gc. The resulting puzzle has several key characteristics: * It is round, with a diameter of approximately 18 cm. * It consists of 32 pieces, arranged in a grid pattern with six rows (labeled A-F) and six columns (numbered 1-6).
