Metal insert needs to be 70mmx30mm with a 20.5mm ID Metal Shim needs to be same size as top of the bushes One Part goes each side, the 15mm can be placed at top for extra clearance or bottom to lower Subframe and give extra benefits. Made in ABS and poured 85 hardness polyurethane
