S2020 3D Printer (COVID Project)

This is a riff on some similar printers like the Ultimaker or Eustathios Spider among others. Honestly, this was done so I could prove my own capabilities inside CAD, along with getting a better understanding of different systems. In addition, I'm planning on going to university and thought this would be beneficial on my profile. There were 3 key design issues I wanted to tackle: 1) Space efficient 2) Easily Upsized 3) Bowden/Direct Drive Swappable. With an overall footprint at around 400mm*400mm, and an absolute max print size of 240mm*240mm, this printer is slightly thinner, and substantially shallower than a comparably sized Ender 3 or Anet A8. However, the print is excessively tall, around 2.5X taller than the max Z height of 190mm Print area upgrades are as simple as swapping in longer extrusions and rodding, no printed part changes or other hardware changes necessary. Swapping Extruder Systems takes not even 5 minutes, and allows swapping of V6 Bowden, Titan Bowden, BMG Bowden, Titan Direct, Titan Aero, and Micro Swiss Direct. Note: Titan Direct has the lowest Usable Z height at around 190mm, while Titan Aero yields around 210mm. With the exception of a low max Z, each of these design goals was met. However, there are modifications already on the way for a more space efficient Z axis redesign, so stay tuned. Overall costs to build one from scratch is around 650$CAD, or 500$ USD, slightly pricier than most printers. If you have any questions, questions or criticisms, please feel free to comment or message me. Thanks! Note: Board Mount and PSU Mount are Pending, however any of your choice will work, I used https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2263216 PSU and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3042659 Board
