------------------------------ English Version below ----------------------------------------- Das Projekt war aus der Not entstanden, da ich für einen German RepRap X350 einen zweiten Extruder brauchte aber außer dem MK8 nur der Originale DD3 Extruder gepasst hat, für dessen Preis man sich fast einen Drucker kaufen kann. Entstanden ist ein einfacher kleiner Direct Drive Extruder mit dem Namen "Slider" - Abmaße ähnlich MK8 - Hotend höhenverstellbar - Dual Drive mit BMG Förderrädern ohne Übersetzung (Ähnlich Micro Swiss) - Spanner an der Seite - zwei angepasste BMG LGX Fanshroud mit 4010 Lüfter - alle Teile ohne Support druckbar! Ich empfehle alle Teile aus ABS zu drucken, da die Toleranzen der Teile darauf ausgelegt sind. Die Extruder sind getestet und einsatzbereit, kleinere Änderungen schließe ich allerdings nicht aus. ------------------------------ English Version ----------------------------------------- The project was born out of necessity, because I needed a second extruder for a German RepRap X350, but apart from the MK8, only the original DD3 extruder fit, for the price of which you can almost buy a printer. The result is a simple, small direct drive extruder called "Slider". - Dimensions similar to MK8 - Hotend height adjustable - Dual Drive with BMG conveyor wheels without translation (similar to Micro Swiss) - Tensioners on the side - two customized BMG LGX Fanshroud with 4010 fans - all parts printable without support! I recommend printing all parts from ABS as the tolerances of the parts are designed for that. The extruders have been tested and are ready for use, but I don't rule out minor changes.
