SAAB 900 Front Grille Turbo Emblem

Here is a 3D printable front Turbo grille badge for the SAAB C900. This badge will bolt up to post-1987 sloping front grilles. It's a nice addition to any turbo'd SAAB. I made this for my 1990 SPG and it looks great. From a foot away you cannot tell that the badge was 3D printed! The emblem is made of two parts; the badge and the base. The base should be printed in black. The base is threaded with 2 M3-sized holes that line up with the stock grille's mounting tab. The badge should be printed mostly in black, but change the filament for the final couple layers to white to give a professional look. The badge will need to be glued to the base, I used superglue. I printed in PLA with 100% infill using mostly stock settings. Orient the base flat on the print bed. Both parts can be printed without support. The M3 mounting holes may need to be reamed with a drill bit in order for a fastener to screw into them.
