Replacement Inserts (Centre caps) for the Ronal "Inca" Wheels. These replace the hard to find originals, slightly tweaked design to make them more printable but look pretty convincing compared to originals.. Cap is a separate part to allow FDM printing. May fit other Ronal wheels. [update] I've now uploaded an optional cap that has Saab lettering in case you don't have stickers available. Instructions Prints in two parts. Just glue the cap on with a suitable adhesive once done. Make sure your printer is calibrated or you may end up with something which doesn't fit the hole. Cap part benefits from a bit of light sanding to remove steps even at 2mm layer height. [Updated] I've uploaded a Saab logo version of the cap, the stickers are hard to find and don't last very long, the original metal badges are about as rare as the original caps. The letters are raised, so either do as I have done and print them in silver filament. Then once printed and before painting, lightly coat the raised logo and ring in vaseline or grease. Paint and allow to dry, the paint should be easy to remove from the bits you coated. Or print it in black...then paint the raised parts in silver paint...best to do this by wetting a flat surface with silver paint and placing the cap on it.
