I used regular PLA at 215 Celsius, bed at 65, part cooling fan 50%, 10 walls, 15% infill. Walls are more important than infill. ABS would be perfect for this but I couldn't prevent warping. PolyMax PLA works well but regular PLA seems to be plenty flexible and strong for how much force I will put on this. Nylons such as PolyMaker PolyMide CoPA are ideal for this.
