Safety First Stroller grip extension/ Griff-Verlängerung für Safety First Buggy

We have a stroller from "safety first", a very common stroller. Which for me and even for her is a bit to low/short. Pushing it, always is uncomfortable.

So at last i designed this… an extension.

It fits barely on the prusa mini+. I printed it in PETG, i advise to go the long route and print with a 0,4mm nozzle (the black parts) and supports everywhere. It takes time, but i found removing support with a 0.8mm nozzle (the blue parts) quite the hassle.

I printed them “open side” down, so the support would be internal. But if you are fine with sanding or so, you can do it on the outside, this could be faster and easier.

To mount you need three M3x20 and three M3x40 screws and six M3 nuts per side.

Somehow i did not get the fitting correct, so i had to remove the plates on the side of the handles. But then it fit nicely. You can remix it of course, but i didnt want to waste another role of PETG. Already had to do some testprints which failed.

But thanks to the prusameters the jet black part of this print was free. Thanks Jo!

You will notice the the difference.
