Resin Printer: I made mine on my Anycubic photon printer. I produced it standing vertically on the build plate Anycubic abs like resin produced a durable key FDM Printer: However, it was possible to produce one on an FDM printer. I printed in ABS on my Voron 2.4 at 0.12mm layer height. Printing it oriented horizontally supports made the smoothest working key. I did try making it in the vertical position also. The blade is very skinny and coming up with one that inserted into the snow blower smoothly required that the printer tuning was such that small objects are produced well. It's best to print two at once so that the blade doesn't overheat and distort. Excellent layer adhesion is very important, and some sanding/filing on the blade was needed. I did need to smooth out the layer ridges with a file in order for it to insert easily. PETg might make usable keys also but I didnt try PETg or PLA so you are on your own there.
