Safety Razor Blade Tube Cutter

Safety Razor Blade Tube Cutter

Just a little gizmo I designed to be able to cut PTFE tubing using standard safety razor blades - the kind you'd shave with. This assembly was designed to be assembled with 3 M3x8 bolts (CutterBot has holes oversized to 3.2mm, while CutterTop is undersized to 2.9mm - so you're able to pass the bolt through Bot to thread directly into the plastic of Top) TubeCutter-Assembly also includes a rough mockup of said razor blade if you want to use it. If the demand is high enough for it I'll release a separate thingy for it. Features: -Secure holding of blade by being compressed between two plates -Properly sized slots for cleanly cutting tubing for 1.75mm and 2.8mm filament PTFE tubing (dimensions taken from Capricorn's tubing specifically; fit of other brands not guaranteed. Worked on my no-name brand tubing though) -General-purpose 15mm slot at top (I don't know if it will ACTUALLY work, but my intention with that notch was to make it more compatible with the measuring tool to do hot end fixes) -Bottom casing both for storage and so you don't have to risk a finger pushing tubing through the cutter (blade terminates below radius of tubing too) -Finger shield that covers general purpose slot so that you can avoid cutting your fingers from that angle too -Pre-plated file that will print without support, or at least it did on my Ender 3. (File might actually include the profile I used to print it on my Ender 3, don't know. Probably should discard it if it does, I don't have much idea what I'm doing yet :D) Is it perfect? Of course not. Does it work? Looks like it. I can make changes on request. I can also send F3D or IPT files on demand.
