01/04/2022 - UPDATE... We have had a lot of problems with the very small posts that allow the grinding burr to turn the impeller. They keep snapping as they are not strong enough. I am in the process of modifying it to allow a screw to be put through the base as the manual workaround seems to work much better. I will let you know how that goes and upload the newer models then. This fits our Sage grinder - Model BCG600 BKSUKM. I originally used the Breville impeller from Lacehim (thank you) but as this was a very different size to the Sage coffee grinder I decided to make another one from scratch instead. I printed it in PLA which may not be very strong so I am going to print it again in ABS or equivalent. To be honest, these are quick to print and replace while cleaning the machine each month so it is cheap to just fit a new one if and when the centre post hole becomes worn. I was going to put a copper lining inside the hole but for the extra work it doesn't seem worth it because this really does only cost pennies to print. The underneath surface is not perfectly clean as it is slightly raised off the bed of the printer, but I sanded it smooth and it hasn't caused any grinding issues. Grinder is now purring away perfectly again. Very happy indeed.
