new design approach for refilling Sagrotan no-touch bottles with standard liquid soap refill packs (or pump bottles, using the alternative version). Designed to be printable without supports. No mess: no soap will be spilled. No drilling and absolutely no modification to the Sagrotan bottle needed. No holding down while filling necessary. Just snap it on. Also no modification to the standard liquid soap refill packs is needed. The design is optimized for shorter printing time and less filament use while being strong enough for repeated use. For the part that you see in the photos the refill adapter and the TPU sealing ring have been printed separately. If you have a dual extrusion printer an alternative sealing ring is provided to be printed in place. Example for printing the TPU sealing in place, using a dual extrusion printer and CURA slicer software: import "SAGROTAN_REFILLER.STL and TPU_SEALING_INTEGRATED.STL into one project, then select the different extruders/filament settings for the TPU sealing ring and for the holder itself. Then right click and click "select all models". Then right click again and select "merge models". Now both models have the correct material and are aligned correctly, because I provided the files including correct location coordinates. See the last example image, showing Cura slicer after doing those steps. If you print the parts separately: depending on your print bed surface the sealing performance can be improved by printing the TPU_SEALING_SEPARATE.STL upside down. That is the case if you have a flat print bed surface (e.g. glass plate) - because then the top surface of the sealing ring will be perfectly even and have better sealing performance. The difference between TPU_SEALING_SEPARATE.STL and TPU_SEALING_INTEGRATED.STL is that the separated version has some offset to the groove in the holder part, while the integrated version has the exact same dimensions (touches the holder part everywhere). If printing the parts separately, the small offset/gap ensures that the TPU sealing ring can be inserted easily (you will always have some surface imperfections). If you want to use a standard O-Ring for sealing: 1.5mm thickness, outer diameter of 10mm (inner diameter 7mm). Additionally I provide a version of the refiller that can be used with the much larger thread of pump bottles, if you need it. It is named "SAGROTAN_REFILLER_PUMPBOTTLE.STL". Be aware that the price per liter usually is better when using the liquid soap refill packs. For this part, the comments on sealing rings apply accordingly. EDIT: Added optimized version of threadvariant2 for common refill packs - the optimization includes a better fitting thread and the removal of the openings on the side to add stiffness (Thanks Florian for the contribution).
