This is a replacement for the toe gear that commonly breaks due to the large spring in the Saitek Pro Flight Rudder Pedals. The original gear has now broken on both sides of my pedals. UPDATE 10/13/18: New model with stress relief. This should work with PLA or similar materials at 100% infill. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 100% Notes: The latest model should work at 100% infill with any strong filament. PLA or PETG would be recommended. Post-Printing Installation The easiest way to install the new gear is to hook the spring to both sides and pull the gear and bar into position. Then quickly screw in the brackets. It is almost impossible to stretch the spring by hand once the new gear is in place.
