You can create an eccentric axle replacement for Salomon rollers rockerable frame (e.g. 247EA-R series) using a standard M6 50mm DIN 603 carriage bolt. Cut the bolt and shape its head to become 14 mm in diameter, which is easily done with a rasp after clamping the bolt in a drill. Use a self-locking nut to secure it. I tried printing it out of PLA to see how long it would last, but it's more suitable for use with ABS or even nylon.
