Sample Filament Tiny Spool

Sample Filament Tiny Spool

This is a small spool for the sample filaments you probably have lying all over the place. The files are divided into halves for later assembly. There are 2 versions: "szpula 1" and "szpula 2" - a smaller version, 44mm hole, ~20mm wide for tiny samples. The halves are a bit loose and require some glue to stick together. "szpulaD1" and "szpulaD2" - a bit bigger version, ~50mm hole, ~30mm wide. This one is tighter, so the halves should jam together on their own. Each half weights from 11-13 grams (PLA) so it doesn't consume too much material. I reccomend printing it with a double perimeter and at least 15% infill, but you can feel free to experiment with it (I've printed the big one with a single perimeter and it works just fine. The spools have a tiny 2mm slit to catch the end of the filament when you put it on the roll (although the slit in the big version doesn't work too well so you will probably need to drill a 1.75mm hole somewhere - maybe I will modify the files to fix it someday... maybe). Enjoy. :) Print Settings Printer Brand: Prusa Printer: Prusa Clone Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 height? Infill: 10-25% Notes: 2-perimiters recommended. Some slicers may have problems with the "spool 1" file - check the g-code preview to make sure it figures it out.
