Sample Spool Spindle Cup

Sample Spool Spindle Cup

I use a lot of sample rolls of filament for one-off projects. After all, do you really want to buy a full spool of Hot Pink PLA just to make a couple of pieces for your granddaughters' dollhouse? I have printed several of [Andys1957](https://www.thingiverse.com/andys1957/designs) sample spools and they work great for holding those odd samples of filament. Previously, I had installed an upgraded filament holder [spool holder](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3114139) on my Ender 3 Pro and unfortunately, the sample spool holder doesn't fit well. So, I decided to make a couple of spindle cups that fit on each end of the sample spool holder and allow it to fit nicely onto my upgraded filament holder. You will need to print two of the cups and these are fitted to each side of the sample spool holder. While I printed mine out of PETG, PLA would work fine as well as the parts are under no stress. I have also included the STEP file for the spindle cup in case you need to modify it to fit a different spool holder assembly.
