On my Samsonite rolling computer bag a wheel disintegrated when it was dropped (without the computer inside). Couldn't find a model here the right size so I designed my own. I decided to make it in 4 sections rather than 2 like most. This allows it to print flat with no support needed and allows the horizontal seams to be offset (see pictures). Print 4 copies, use CA to glue 2 around the hub as straight as possible, glue the 3rd to them rotated ~90 degrees from the first 2, then glue the 4th to them all. If needed, fill any gaps with CA. It's working well so far.
