I based this design off of derrick84's Note 4 Bracket. It fits my phone and case perfectly with the changes I made. Print with PLA or ABS. I prefer ABS because the printed parts need to be glued together and ABS is the easiest to do that. This is designed to fit my handlebars with a pre-existing rubber tape wrapped around it so if you print this be prepared to wrap some electrical tape around your bar. 9/1392015 I am still working on this. I'm happy with the main bracket and sound pipe but I still need to finish the connector that screws into the four holes I placed in the bracket itself. Instructions Print the parts in ABS and use Acetone to glue them together. The four screw holes are for M3 countersunk screws. Print with ABS at .2 or finer Layer and whichever build plate temperature works for you. In my case I have the temp set to 105c. Once the bracket parts are designed they will need to be glued with ABS juice together. The four M3 countersunk screws are for holding it all together until fully dry. I suggest placing the screws in the part first and then remove them because it will make it easier to assemble for the last time. (I am also making a connector for use on a Recumbent Trike.) Use Two M3 screws for the connector with Locking nuts to attach to your handlebars.
