This fits my Giant bike, maybe it'll fit yours. It fits a Samsung Galaxy S8 with a Beetle phone case, which is pretty thick, so it might work with other thick cases like an Otterbox. You just need 4 zip ties to attach it to your bike's stem. Solidworks file added as well if you want to edit it.
