Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 Case

This is a case I designed for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2. You are free to tweak and change the model as you like (Fusion 360 project file is included) - I only ask that you also upload any changes as a remix so we can all benefit from it. And of course, follow the CC license I have specified.

After lots of tweaking and tens of printed prototypes, I've finally arrived at an iteration that I'm satisfied with. I would recommend some 3M adhesive on the inside of the case (especially for the top case as it tends to slide out), but otherwise, it fits really well.

Print Settings

Printer Brand:

Prusa

Printer:

Mk2.5s

Rafts:

No

Supports:

No

Resolution:

0.2mm

Infill:

10%

Filament: Any PLA/PETG/ABS/TPU Any

Notes:

In the photos I've uploaded, I printed the case using clear PLA at 0.2mm (0.4mm nozzle), 2 perimeters, with 10% hexagon infill, but I would recommend PETG or ABS to avoid deformations over time.
TPU is printable, but it's a bit loose due to the flexible material - you would definitely have to apply some double-sided adhesive, especially for the front case.
When slicing, orient the pieces as per the 2nd picture, laying flat on the bed.

Category: Mobile Phone
