This windshield car mount was designed for using with phone holder sucker leg, purchased 4-5 phones ago. To avoid USB jack loosening this holder integrates Qi DIY fast wireless charger PCB. The size of the holder perfectly suits Note5 with thin protective silicon case and not cover camera, buttons or stylus. Springs are to be fixed with small screws. Unfortunately, I found only one spring at the moment and have to cut it into 2 shorter ones and use a piece of paper clip as spring extender… Aluminum plate was added to reinforce plastic back. Use SketchUp sources to adjust bracing to your needs.
