Samsung S4 charging stand

I needed a stand for my Samsung S4 phone with installed gel protection cover. All phone stands that I could find did not allow for the extra thickness and width that the protective cover added. This is the first iteration of my home made stand. It's been in use and working well for a couple of weeks already... Instructions Printed on Leapfrog Creatr, 0.2mm layer thickness, 2 shells, 25% infill, break-away support for part B, 1.75 mm white PLA. I used an HRS (Hirose) micro USB connector ZX80-B-5SA (Farnell 1719111, Mouser 798-ZX80-B-5SA, DigiKey H11612-ND). Take care when connecting this connector. The pins are very close together (0.65 mm!). Make sure that the positive and negative connections don't get swapped! If only pins 1 (VBUS) and 5 (GND) are connected your phone will charge at around 450 milli-amps, If your charger is capable of charging at 2 amps and you additionally short pins 2 (D+) and 3 (D-) it should charge at 1.5 amps. I used self tapping 3 mm screws to fix the connector. For fixing the bottom part I used two countersunk M3 bolts. Connect at your own risk!
