This is a holder for Samsung S8 phones for Nexus Wireless Charger. I has previously a Nexus 5 phone and I used to charge it with a Nexus Wireless Charger from Google that was hanged on my wall. Thanks to magnetic chips in the Nexus 5 it would stick vertically to the charger, and that is very pleasant. The samsung S8 does not have those magnetic chips and thus fall off the charger. So his is a very simple holder designed to fit on the Nexus Wireless Charger to be able to charge the Samsung S8 vertically. You may want to adapt this design to fit better your installation by changing the top height and the position of the USB cable (to the right in my case). It is designed for a Samsung S8 with with a very thin protection case.
