Samsung TV Remote Battery Cover

Samsung TV Remote Battery Cover

This project was mostly for me to get used to Fusion 360 and learn how to use it. I created a battery cover for my Samsung TV Remote (works on models BN59-01289A and BN59-01315A). I am sure it works on other models but I have only tested these two. It fits really well. I printed it on a Ender-3 V2 printer. I used black PLA. These were the CURA settings: Profile: Standard Quality - 0.2mm I changed: -Infill Density: 40% -Printing Temp: 200° C (this is the default temp) -Build Plate Temp: 60° C -Generate Support: Checked --Support Density: 15% --Support Placement: Touching Buildplate I printed the cover with the back on the buildplate (feet in the air). The only issue I had was poor bridging with the feet. I am not sure why since it is such a small area, I would think it would work ok. I haven't looked into it too much though. I did not use any adhesion. I had major issues printing with the feet down. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions! Thanks!
