Samsung Wireless Surround Headboard Speaker Hanger

Samsung Wireless Surround Headboard Speaker Hanger

I designed this to hang the Samsung HWA-8500s wireless surround speakers from my headboard. These speakers are a match to the Samsung M360 soundbar with subwoofer. Features in the design are: * Inner wire trough to hide the wiring under the hanger. * Exit port hole on the back of the hanger for hte wiring. * square 45 degree angle holes so that no support structure is needed for the holes My headboard is slightly tufted and has a back-to-front width of 3.5 inches, which accounts for the design. The geometry is dead simple and when printed in black appears to blend in with the speaker. The printed screw head that reaches off the hanger and into the speaker is as thin as it can be and still fit into the back of the speaker. I was able to shake the headboard to simulate bumping it and between the PLA durability and gravity it seems very stable even though there is enough play to make assembly and disassembly easy and simple without breaking any parts. Note: The printed screw requires sanding and filing to get it to fit into the hanger. This was by design to ensure a precise fit. I super glued it in place for a solid bond. Print the design twice to hang both of your surround speakers.
