This is a part for a Harbor Freight sand blasting cabinet that allows one to put long tubing and solid stock through the sandblaster. Drill a 2.5" hole through both sides of the sandblaster walls about 5mm above the grate (floor inside). The printed pieces consist of an outside flange (one for the door side one for the left side) and and inner cap (print 1 for each side). Screw or bolt the flange to the outside of the hole on either side of the sandblaster (pay attention to how the door gasket closes on this bracket). The inner piece gets inserted into the flange (tension fit) from the inside of the sandblaster to prevent sand from blowing out when you don't need to have long pieces through the cabinet. When you want to put in a 20' piece of angle iron, you pop out the inner pieces, slide the angle iron through the sides of the sand blaster through the flanges. I wanted to accommodate a range of shapes and sizes so I usually throw a rag in the gap to prevent too much dust from coming out during blasting. I've considered designing different inserts for specific shapes and sizes but I have not yet.
