From Paizo's "Skull and Shackles" adventure path 1 (The Wormwood Mutiny), the female human pirate cleric of Besmara : Sandara Quinn. Designed in Desktophero with the spellcasting flame, the pipe and the hat added from remixing "Meteor / Fireball spell/particle" by Avantyr, "Undead Pirate Captain" by PhantomHaunter, "Feather" by Intentional3D and "Pipe long" by Marctiello. I included a deconstructed version of her flame so I could print it in clear blue resin instead of painting it.
