Update: After printing I noticed that it wasn't quite as round of an angle as I wanted, in order to prevent it from cutting through the sandpaper. So I designed another version with a larger fillet on that angle, I also realized that the first one wasn't actually 45°, it was 35.5°. So, version two is actually 45° and has less of a sharp corner on the top angle. I absolutely love the Sandie Sanding Pen! That being said, the 45° angled tip was giving me issues with it's sharp edge cutting through sanding paper. So, I decided to design a slightly different version with a curved edge along the top to hopefully not cut the sanding paper.
