I think I used 6 perimeters/walls. Sturdy and perfect for my use. I super glue a new circle of sandpaper on the last one and just drill away :) Of course you can enlarge the disc itself, although take care so it doesn't become fragile where the disc meets the bit insert. That's why I designed it with a fillet there. I'm sure there are more things like this here, probably better designed but this was what I needed :) Printed at a slight angle to increase strength. Also printed with concentric print settings in Cura.
