Update 05.08.2019: A user commented to have problems with cutting out the sanding stripes for my tool. So I added a marking / cut out tool (Schablone.stl). It is very large, so if you cannot print it, please bet a friend with a larger printer to create it for you or just order it printed by thingiverse. Easy and quick printable sanding stick. It uses 2 M3x16 metric screws and hex nuts. For quick installation you can use the Mini M3 hex key wrench by DrLex: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1959962 For maximum stability use PLA with at least 50% infill. Better print it in PETG or ABS. I used PETG 50% infill. There are two other sanding sticks available at thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2259838 are to large for RF100 printer, downscaling won't work without adapting the screw holes https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2404850 I used this one first, but the screws didn't work well for me So I made this one with smaller size and metal screws and it works perfectly for me.
