Sanding sticks

thingiverse

There are many many excellent sanding sticks available here on Thingiverse. However, I tend to use the pointy or curved ends often. When the sandpaper wears out, I need to replace the whole strip. Thus, I have designed sanding sticks with a repositionable hold-down clip. By unscrewing the 4-40 screws and moving them forward (or backward) to another set of holes, a new part of the sandpapers is positioned on the ends. The design allows repositioning 4-5 times. The holes are undersized fit for 4-40 machine screws, so you need to cut the thread with a screw. Happy sanding!
