Sandstorm (Robber) - Settlers of Catan

I really liked the idea of having a sandstorm instead of the regular robber for settlers of catan. However, I found the desert theme on the ground plate is not quite fitting if you place it in a forrest or pasture, so I decided to replace it with a more generic warehouse that could be found on any terrain.
