Simple sandwich case for Raspberry Pi Zero and Pi HQ camera. I got my backplate cut with a pattern of tetrominos, but i also included a blank one. Should also be possible to cut out space for a gpio header mounted display in the backplate. The front cover's radius needs to be increased by around 3mm to completly cover the sensor pcb.
