Sansui G-Series Wood Bonnet Bushing / Grommet / Sleeve

This is a set of four bushings for a Sansui G-series stereo receiver. They are used as a protective / decorative sleeve for the screws that hold the wood bonnet (cover) onto the metal case, as shown in the photo. In the picture, an original Sansui part is on the left, the 3D printed replacement is on the right. The outer bevel is not as pronounced as on the original, but's a very functional substitute. I had better luck printing these with the wide flange on the plate side (upside down). Mine were printed in black resin on an Elegoo Mars. I cured them for 30 minutes under UV light to improve their hardness and glossiness.
