Quick Santa Hat I whipped up in Sketchup. Was testing out my dual extrude functionality on my Rep 1 and thought it would make a good season-appropriate thing. Instructions Center everything. The lower part of the hat sits flush with the build plate. The cone sits 6.35mm above the lower part (or .25"). The puff ball sits ~42.45mm (~1.67") above the cone. The ball should overlap with the cone a bit, it is ok and still prints but I was afraid that the ball would snap off so I overlapped things a bit. The puff ball is taken from Smooth Sphere by 3dPrintNewsNow. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:115644 You have to scale it to 33% (it is originally 48mm in diameter)
