<p>Sanwa JLF Oversize Actuator</p><p>Reduces microswitch actuation distance and post actuation throw so that the actuator engages the microswitches and also hits the restrictor sooner. Results in a much tighter stick.</p><p>Microswitch actuation diameter increased by 1mm, lower diameter increased by 2mm.</p><p>Printed in PLA at .25mm layer height and with no supports. I increased the perimeters to three to print a solid actuator with concentric toolpaths. </p>
