My mods for Sapphire Plus printer. This will allow you to mount the BMG extruder on top of the hotend. The mount will shorten your ptfe tube to 95mm. I also made a short tube to stiffen the ptfe tube since it was moving a bit. I also suggest to use a pancake Motor with this , since it is a geared extruder. Original screws can be used. Top cover holder and Fan duct should be mirrored in the slicer. The fan ducts are blowing little lower since i have mounted a volcano hotend but you have some room to adjust or just drill new holes to put them higher. Something to remember is to put some thermal paste in to the heatbreak when mounting it . This will help a lot with the heat exchange. The volcano V2 is running with the original heatsink+thermal paste with no problems.
