If you have Orbiter V1.5 you can download the files from the EVA URL. -Update: 7/16/21 Included mount for 1.5 Orbiter This mod will change the bed size: 300X257X343 Longer Z rods are needed to move the bed up to the nozzle (stock length is 400, buy 450 and cut down as needed) -You can mount 2 Z nuts to the same Z rod without changing the Z rods by bolting 2 together and mounting under the plate. MGN12 rails need to be raised 1 hole set UP or you can buy 2 new MGN12rails, 450mm If you get the longer rails the volume will be 300x257x385-400 If you want the Y volume back to 300mm the bed needs to be moved forward 22mm. EDIT: I Added 2 new lead screws and cut to length, moved bed forward 20mm. Total volume is 300x291x345. The only way to get more Z is to add longer rails. In order to gain 10mm more Y, the EVA mount need to be shortened width wise. The top frame of the Sapphire protrudes inward, reducing the area of the bed. Requires 3mm bolt kit of various lengths (see EVA website for bolt lengths) Requires 2 2mm bolts for the X limit switch mount. Requires 5010 blower fan and 4010 fan for hotend. Included is a mount for the BLTouch This mod may not be for everyone! I tested the afterburner made for the sapphire and I feel this setup is better: better cooling, lighter assembly(total weight 346G with orbiter), hotend is moved up so the cantilever/moment on the nozzle is less. No problems printing 100mm/s outer wall speed, 220mms travel, 5K acceleration with excellent quality. Added R2_V6_face, R2_Probe_Mount_Fan.stl, R1_orbiter_spacer.stl to better support the orbiter mount and front mount for the BLtouch. Update: 7/16/21: I have been using this setup with great success. Printing 7K acceleration, 200mms, 300mms travel speed. No issues with quality prints at 100mms all areas of the print (walls: outer, inner, infill). The cooling duct on this is a BEAST with only 1 fan. Most prints only 60% fan and that can be too much at times. The Universal face, face belt grabber, cooling duct, lower V6 mount needs to be printed in ABS. The rest can be PETG.
