<p>Before all thanks belongs to EnDva3D,</p> <p>His/Her design was good but have a few problem for my machine; such as 5015 cooler fan touching stepper motor and top rail, also if you left a space on z rods for z banding compansation; fan mount smashed to them when bed leveling or printing big objects so I edited (shaved) cooler fan mount and made it horizontal so its free from any obstacle(also free from sucking FOD's), lastly I redesign the main body to put bltouch to backside(New coordinats X=0 Y=29, and I assure you its not getting hot)</p> <p>-You might need to impale a hole from inside of the 5015 fan shroud for one screw</p> <p>-Both 4020 and 4010 fan supports included feel free to use any of them<br/> for 4010 print 1,2,3,4<br/> for 4020 print 1,2,3,5</p> <p>-Before I forget, also make sure you do pid tuning when blower is %100 and when I do water test for blower, there was too much air flow so some would like it but to me it is a lot and I tuned down %25 for my usual prints</p> <p>hope you will like it!!!</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>TwoTrees / Sapphire Plus</p> <p><p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>Doesn't Matter</p></div><strong>Supports:</strong></p> <p>Yes</p> <p><p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>160</p></div><strong>Infill:</strong></p> <p>25</p> <p><strong>Filament:</strong> Porima PETG Yellow/Deepblue <br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong> </p><div><p>Printing will be little bit tricky, unfortunately you have to use supports :(<br/> Petg or ABS higly recomended</p> </div></p></p></p> Category: 3D Printing
